A developer who enjoys building real things.

I'm a self-taught developer based in Cameroon, currently working as a Junior Android Developer with Afkanerd / SMSWithoutBorders.

My development journey has taken me across both mobile and web development. I work with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose on Android, while also building responsive interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Material UI, and Bootstrap.

I've had the opportunity to contribute to real-world open-source projects including DekuSMS, RelaySMS, and LibSMSMMS, as well as several websites and documentation platforms.

I'm currently focusing on strengthening my Android development skills and expanding into areas such as databases, APIs, authentication, architecture, testing, and application publishing.

I contribute to real-world Android and web projects within an open-source development environment.

  • Maintain and contribute to the DekuSMS and RelaySMS Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Write unit and instrumentation tests for Android applications and validate UI components and user flows.
  • Contribute to Android UI/UX implementation and localization.
  • Contribute French and Arabic translations and additional supported languages to applications.
  • Contribute to responsive web projects using JavaScript, React, Material UI, HTML, and CSS.
  • Participate in product discussions, feature development, code reviews, and GitHub pull requests.
